I’m a political scientist working on democracy, bureaucracy, and technocracy, delegation and legitimacy, sometimes with a focus on the European Union. I’m an Associate Professor at Oslo Metropolitan University and a researcher at ARENA Centre for European Studies, University of Oslo.
